Project Brief

In 2014 Diekema Hamann was again hired by MedCraft Healthcare Real Estate of Minneapolis, Minnesota, for all architectural, interior design, and engineering services. This was for a new medical office building to be located near Brighton, Michigan, in Livingston County. Partnering with St. John Providence Hospital, Diekema Hamann has provided a total building solution for a variety of specialty services.

The 3-story 61,000 square foot building is situated within a surburban setting. The design considers building materials and elements used on previous St. John Providence projects, while considering the site and building design guidelines set in the PUD approval requirements of the Township.
