Diekema Hamann Announces New Employees


Diekema Hamann is excited to welcome Steve Dickerson, AIA and Gabe Alvey, AIA.

Steve Dickerson, AIA brings 26 years of extensive healthcare design and planning experience to the Diekema Hamann team. His focuses include medical space planning, emergency departments, ambulatory surgery centers, and integrated operating rooms. "I am looking forward to using my medical planning and project management experience to successfully complete a variety of local healthcare projects and, over time, develop a long term relationship with our local clients. In addition, I want to leverage our medical specialty experience and expand our regional and national healthcare footprint."

Gabe Alvey, AIA has focused much of his 14 years of experience on educational planning and design. He will serve as project manager on the education team at Diekema Hamann and brings experience from creative, complex, and successful projects at Michigan State University, Kellogg Community College, Newaygo County Regional Education Service Agency, and Decatur Public Schools. "Joining Diekema Hamann gives me the opportunity to be a part of a great company, further grow as an architect, and reconnect with the Kalamazoo community."
